CS student tracks Elon’s Private Jet

A college student named Jack Sweeney from the University of Central Florida created a Twitter bot that tracks the location of Elon Musk’s private jet.

Jack Sweeney is only 19 years old. After doing this kind of thing, he got an offer of $5,000 from Elon Musk to take it down (The Twitter bot). But Jack reject Elon Musk’s offer and offered Elon Musk to give him $50,000 and an internship. But Elon Musk also rejects his offer.

Actually, Elon Musk has only one private jet. He is not like other billionaires. Like Jeff Bezos has multiple private jets. Maybe Musk is saving his money to go live on mars!

But that’s not mean that anyone can track Elon Musk’s private jet (N628TS). Then how does a 19 years old student do that? He wrote a code in Python and he also uses the open sky network API to tack the unique transponder of the plane.

After all, it’s a very clever idea. Now we have to wait to see what’s Jack Sweeney going to do in the future.
